All meat or all cheese may be substituted for meat & cheese combination trays

ANTIPASTO TRAYS

Trays may include any of the following items:
Marinated mushrooms, marinated artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, olives, cipolline onions, pickled asparagus or green beans, stuffed grape leaves, gardineria, fresh mozzarella.

9"x 14" Small Tray: Feeds 25-30 people as an appetizer. $45.00

(figure 1/4 lb for each person)

Pasta Salad - Tortellini and Feta with house dressing. $5.75/lb

Spaghetti Salad - Veggies and sundried tomato vinaigrette dressing. $5.75/lb

Greek Salad - Feta, calamata olives, cucumbers and onions in oil and vinegar. $5.75/lb

Green Salad - Romaine, iceberg, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, w/ Italian dressing. $4.50/lb.

Trays feed 9-12 people
All trays include Granatos house salad and fresh rolls.
Price includes salad, rolls and paper products.

Vegetable Lasagna - Made with fresh marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, peppers, eggplant, fennel, mushrooms, spinach, onions and fresh herbs. $65.00 per tray

Manicotti - Fresh pasta filled with ricotta and romano cheese, basil pesto, mozzarella and topped with marinara sauce. $50.00 (tray feeds 5-8)

Chicken Parmesan - Boneless chicken breast breaded with bread crumbs, herbs and garlic topped with mozzarella cheese and finished with marinara sauce. $65.00 per tray

Chicken Lasagna- Fresh pasta sheets layered with chicken, sundried tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and finished with Alfredo sauce. $65.00 per tray

Traditional Lasagna - Made with Italian sausage, ground beef, ricotta cheese, spinach, garlic and herbs layered with fresh pasta and finished with mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce. $65.00 per tray

Eggplant Parmesan - Breaded eggplant layered with ricotta cheese, herbs and mozzarella cheese topped with marinara sauce. $52.95 per tray

Granato's House Salad - Made with Iceburg and Romaign lettuce, mixed with Provolone cheese and salame, finished with sundried tomato dressing. Included with each entree.
